Restocking Fee

There is a 25% restocking fee on in stock merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage.

There is a 50% restocking fee on Special Order merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage.

There are no returns on Custom Orders.

Any items that are ordered and direct shipped from the manufacturer will be charged 50% restocking fee.

Any items that are returned without a return authorization will be charged 50% restocking fee.

Any items that are ordered and direct shipped from the manufacturer will be charged 50% restocking fee.

Returns/Exchanges received 30 days after an RA is issued will incur a 50% restocking fee

We cannot accept returns for any special order items

Return/Exchange Policy

There is a minimum 25% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage.

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of any shipping damages. We cannot take responsibility for shipping damages beyond this point.

You must call us for a Return Authorization number (RA#) by calling our Customer Service at 310.657.2265.
Please make sure you write this number on the outside of the box you send back to us. Returns without an RA# will be refused.

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS SHIPPED BY COTSWOLD KITCHEN AND BATH. ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN PACKAGING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED.
However, we can not accept returns for items damaged in transit where that damage is not reported to us within 3 days of a customer accepting that shipment.

Damages MUST be reported immediately.

Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from when you receive your shipment.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been added to the shipping queue or shipped by either ourselves or the manufacturer. Typically, most orders are shipped the same day the product is received. Our customer service representatives can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped by either us or the manufacturer the terms of our Returns policy will take effect.

In some cases a custom, special order item may be non-returnable and/or non-cancelable.

Indemnity.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Cotswold Kitchen and Bath reserve the right to amend any or all of the terms and conditions without prior notice. None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
